Casual attire will be the order of the day. Be sure to check the weather before departure, as the weather in Albuquerque is variable. The average temperature ranges from a high of 76 F and a low of 46 F. Field trip participants should plan on packing waterproof shoes or boots, as the ground may be damp from spring rains.

Take Yale Ave. exit to Gibson Blvd. Turn left on Gibson. Proceed to I-25. Travel north to Dr. Martin Luther King Ave. exit. Proceed west on King to 6th St. Turn left. Follow 6th St. to Tijeras. Turn left. Hotel is on Tijeras on the right.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel will cost between $11.00 - $15.00 US dollars.
A preliminary program and preliminary working table agendas have been enclosed. As always, these are subject to change, especially in regards to the order of business. Final versions will be included with your registration materials on site. A registration area will be located on the second floor in the Boardroom Alcove, and will be open according to the schedule indicated in the preliminary program.
On Monday, April 28, the following pre-meeting events will take place:
9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Registration (2nd floor, Boardroom Alcove)
5:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Preparatory Trilateral Delegations’ meetings
•Canada meeting in Room: Enchantment E & F
•Mexico meeting in Room: Enchantment C & D
•USA meeting in Room: Enchantment A & B
6:00 p.m. Trilateral Welcome Reception (to be held in Room: Fiesta)
We urge each working group to bring a laptop and markers. Instructions for U.S. delegate members, working table Co-chairs and minute takers are enclosed. These instructions will be reviewed at the U.S. Delegation Meeting.
